TrustNous is an invitation-only network of friends, family members, and colleagues across Canada. When a member needs a service in their region, they post a request to their local network. Other members — people who have actually worked with you — can then recommend you by sharing your name, service type, and contact information.
In short: someone in our network who knows your work vouched for you. That is the highest compliment we know of.
Your referral reaches everyone in the region who needs your type of service — not just the one person who asked.
We never charge service providers. No fees, no commissions, no subscriptions — ever.
Your contact details are only visible to verified, invitation-only members — not the general public.
A member who needs your service can view your contact details and reach out directly — just like a traditional personal referral. If they have a great experience, they may leave a review with stars, comments, and photos, which helps future members find you more easily. Your listing stays active and can continue generating new business opportunities at no cost to you.
If you'd like to be removed from our network — for any reason, such as no longer accepting new clients, business closure, or personal preference — simply send us an email and we will remove you promptly.
To request removal: email us at support@trustnous.ca with your business name and contact information. For security, the request must come from an email address associated with your business.
We process all removal requests as soon as possible.
